23 October 1956 – The Hungarian Revolution
Tomorrow is the fifty-second anniversary of the Hungarian revolution against the communist regime. A day to remember, celebrate and honor the memory of the people who dared to stand up and fight agains the overwhelming dictatoric power.
Chances are good that celebrations will not make headlines. Sadly enough, people expect street violence and vandalism in Budapest.
